Hours
We are open from Saturday, May 22nd of the Victoria Day weekend until Sunday, October 10 of the Thanksgiving weekend, 2010.  Hours of operation are from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm Wednesdays to Saturdays, and noon to 4:00 pm on Sundays.  In July and August we are open until 5:00 pm.


Admission
Admission fees are up slightly for the 2010 season.  

Adult admission:         $2.50 per person
Senior admission:       $2.00 per person
Student admission:     $2.00 per person
Family admission:      $8.00 per family
Children 5 and under:  FREE
Member admission:    FREE

Location
The Muskoka Lakes Museum is situated in the centre of the village of Port Carling, located on scenic James Bartleman Island Park, adjacent to both the large and small locks.  Picnic tables and washroom facilities are located on the island which is approached by a footbridge.  Parking space may be found at the Community Centre, on village streets or behind the Library.  For more information, click the map below.
